  • Construction is anticipated to take approximately two years, with completion currently scheduled for early summer of 2028.

  • This project is funded through a combination of road impact fees, a federal grant, discretionary federal funds, and property tax revenues generated by development in the area.

  • No, this project will not impact the flag barn.

  • There will be active construction zones throughout the project corridor; however, no daytime lane closures are currently anticipated. While motorists are encouraged to slow down and use caution when traveling through cone zones, existing speed limits will remain unchanged unless otherwise posted.

  • While impacts are expected during construction, including possible short-term closures at Avenue 14, Avenue 14½, and Avenue 15, advance notice will be provided prior to any closures or traffic impacts. Detour routes and traffic control measures will be in place during active construction activities.

  • Yes. Access to businesses along State Route 41 will remain available throughout construction. Some driveway entrances and surrounding areas may be modified as work progresses. Businesses will be notified in advance of any temporary impacts. We encourage visitors to contact businesses directly if they have questions about current access routes.
